I'm Coach Jay, and I have a ton of experience in personal training, nutrition coaching, and bodybuilding. With over 15 years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from young athletes to the elderly, helping them achieve their fitness and health goals. 

My educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology, which provides me with valuable insights into the psychological aspects of fitness and motivation. In addition, in Graduate School, I earned over 100 credit hours of courses in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, and Nutrition. This extensive knowledge allows me to understand the intricate workings of the human body and tailor effective training and nutrition programs for my clients.

I hold several certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA); ISSA Certified Nutritionist, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and ISSA Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. These certifications reflect my commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards and techniques to ensure that I provide the highest level of service to my clients.

I also bring personal experience from being deeply involved in the worlds of Bodybuilding and Powerlifting for over 20 years, including my personal diet, training manipulations and experimentation. I have honed my skills and knowledge in these disciplines, allowing me to assist clients with their physique transformations and strength development. In 2023, I proudly earned the title of NPC Mr. California.  In the past, I have also achieved significant success at the NPC USA Championships, placing in the top 5 in both 2019 (4th) and 2020 (5th).

I am extremely passionate about helping individuals unleash their full potential, and I believe that a well-rounded approach to health and fitness is essential. By combining my knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and corrective techniques, I can design personalized programs that address each client's unique needs and goals.
